The evaluation license grants temporary access to AI API Mapper for internal testing, proof-of-concept, and technical assessment. It does not grant any production, commercial, or perpetual usage rights.

Time-limited evaluation

The Evaluation License is valid only during the Evaluation Period specified in the Evaluation License Certificate. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Evaluation Period shall not exceed thirty (30) calendar days.

Evaluation purposes only

The Software may be used solely for internal evaluation, technical assessment, proof-of-concept activities, demonstrations, training, development, testing, quality assurance, and architecture validation.

No production or commercial use

The Software must not be used for Production Workloads, revenue-generating activities, operational production environments, or to provide services to customers, partners, or unrelated third parties.

No support commitments

The Evaluation License does not include any SLA, guaranteed response times, maintenance obligations, or support commitments. Any assistance is provided on a best-effort basis at the Licensor's sole discretion.

This reference copy summarizes the evaluation licensing framework for AI API Mapper and is intended to support evaluation and proof-of-concept conversations.

Purpose

This Evaluation License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the temporary evaluation of the AI API Mapper software by the organization identified in the corresponding Evaluation License Certificate.

This Agreement does not grant any production, commercial, or perpetual usage rights.

/ section 01

Definitions

“Licensor” means Coded Projects, the provider and owner of the Software.

“Evaluator” means the legal entity receiving the Evaluation License.

“Software” means the AI API Mapper platform, including all binaries, executable components, documentation, updates, and related materials provided by the Licensor.

“Evaluation Period” means the period specified in the Evaluation License Certificate, beginning on the issue date and ending on the expiration date.

“Evaluation License Certificate” means the document issued by the Licensor identifying the Evaluator and defining the duration of the evaluation.

“Production Workload” means any operational business service, integration, API, workflow, AI workload, automation process, or other activity supporting real business operations for internal users, external users, customers, partners, or automated systems.

License Grant

Subject to this Agreement, the Licensor grants the Evaluator a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

  • Download the Software from repositories designated by the Licensor.
  • Install and use the Software solely for evaluation purposes.
  • Conduct internal testing, demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, architecture reviews, and technical assessments.
  • Create backup copies required for evaluation activities.

The Software is licensed, not sold.

No ownership rights are transferred to the Evaluator.

Evaluation Period

The Evaluation License is valid only during the Evaluation Period specified in the Evaluation License Certificate.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Evaluation Period shall not exceed thirty (30) calendar days.

Upon expiration of the Evaluation Period, all rights granted under this Agreement automatically terminate.

Permitted Use

The Software may be used solely for:

  • Internal evaluation
  • Technical assessment
  • Proof-of-concept activities
  • Demonstrations
  • Training
  • Development
  • Testing
  • Quality assurance
  • Architecture validation

The Software may be deployed on infrastructure owned or controlled by the Evaluator solely for evaluation purposes.

Prohibited Use

The Evaluator shall not:

  • Use the Software for Production Workloads.
  • Use the Software to provide services to customers, partners, or unrelated third parties.
  • Use the Software for revenue-generating activities.
  • Use the Software in operational production environments.
  • Sell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software.
  • Provide the Software as a hosted service, SaaS offering, managed service, service bureau, or shared platform.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Docker Repository Access

The Licensor may provide access credentials, repository tokens, or other download mechanisms for the purpose of obtaining Software images and related artifacts.

Such credentials:

  • Remain the property of the Licensor.
  • May be revoked at any time.
  • Must not be shared with third parties.
  • May be disabled upon expiration of the Evaluation Period.

The Licensor is under no obligation to maintain repository access beyond the Evaluation Period.

Support

The Evaluation License does not include any service level agreement (SLA), guaranteed response times, maintenance obligations, or support commitments.

The Licensor may, at its sole discretion, provide assistance during the Evaluation Period.

Any such assistance is provided on a best-effort basis.

Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to:

  • Source code
  • Object code
  • Documentation
  • Architecture
  • Designs
  • Trade secrets
  • Know-how
  • Trademarks
  • Patents
  • Copyrights

remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.

No ownership rights are transferred to the Evaluator.

Confidentiality

The Evaluator shall maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information relating to the Software and shall take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

The obligations under this Section shall survive termination of this Agreement.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
  • THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
  • THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE LICENSOR ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EURO (€100).

THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Termination

This Agreement shall terminate automatically upon:

  • Expiration of the Evaluation Period.
  • Violation of this Agreement.
  • Written notice from the Licensor.

Upon termination, the Evaluator shall:

Cease all use of the Software.

Remove all installations of the Software.

Destroy all copies of the Software not required to be retained by law.

Cease use of any repository credentials issued by the Licensor.

Source Code

No source code rights are granted under this Agreement.

Access to source code, if any, shall be governed exclusively by a separate written agreement executed by the Licensor.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Warsaw, Poland.

/ section 15

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the evaluation of the Software and supersedes all prior discussions, proposals, communications, and understandings relating to its subject matter.

No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be effective unless made in writing and agreed by both parties.
